Right Your Wrongs

I think never doing it again with the intention of respecting oneself and your commitment to self-improvement is one way.

Having empathy & compassion for others, including yourself when acknowledging you hurt someone and working towards being more considerate is another way.

Accountability. When someone tells you they’ve been hurt by you, try to understand and learn how to not hurt them. You will also learn a lot about your own pain and how it could’ve influenced your behavior.

I’m still learning this myself. Learning to care, forgive, comprehend, and resolve.
